Tropical Tryst – La Paz & Cabo
About this cruise
If you want the classic cruise without a massive time commitment, this is a strong option. 7 nights from San Diego on April 25, 2027, visiting La Paz, Cabo San Lucas and Ensenada. The first couple of days are at sea, which gives you time to settle in and get to know the ship before the ports begin. Zip-lining, beach tacos, and water warm enough that you don't think twice about jumping in. Most ports give you about 10 hours, so you can do more than just tick off the main sights. As for the ship itself, Serenade Of The Seas takes the food seriously, with 8 restaurants to choose from. 2 are included, and the rest are worth the splurge. The sweet spot for most travellers: you get to know the ship, see the ports, and come home before the laundry piles up. Pro tip: fly in the day before. San Diego has plenty to offer, and you'll board relaxed instead of rushed. A spring departure helps too: decent weather and a calmer feel at each port. Hard to ask for much more than that, honestly.
