Vermillion Port – Spain, Sicily & Genoa
About this cruise
7 nights is that sweet spot where you actually start to relax. This sailing from Marseille on June 19, 2027 visits Genoa, Naples, Messina, Valletta and Barcelona and doesn't try to cram in too much. A few ports come in quick succession, which is great for sightseeing but means you'll appreciate the sea days when they arrive. 3 countries (Italy, Malta and Spain) across the Western Mediterranean, each with its own character. If one port sticks with you, it'll probably be Messina, Sicily's gateway to Mount Etna and Taormina. Around 9 hours per port on average, which is generous enough to go beyond the obvious. MSC World Asia (2026) is one of the newer ships out there, with current design and recent tech throughout. The timing works well too: warm evenings on deck, late sunsets, and a lively atmosphere. It's the kind of trip you actually remember afterwards.
