Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your personal data from Cruisello. Use this URL for Google, Facebook, Discord, or other provider app settings that ask for a data deletion link.

Delete your account in the app

1. Go to cruisello.com and sign in.
2. Open Account settings.
3. Scroll to Delete account.
4. Confirm by typing DELETE and request deletion.
5. Check your email and click the confirmation link.

Once confirmed, we permanently delete your account, profile, price alerts, saved sailings, and connected sign-in methods (Google, Facebook, Discord, or email). This cannot be undone.

Delete by email

If you cannot sign in, email gdpr@cruisello.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. Include enough detail for us to find your account. We aim to complete requests within 14 days.

What we delete

• Your user profile (name, email)
• Sessions and linked social accounts
• Price alerts and saved sailings
• Notification settings (including Discord webhook, if set)

Some anonymized analytics or logs may remain for a limited time for security and operations, then expire under our retention rules. See the Privacy Policy.

Disconnecting a social login only

Removing Cruisello from Google, Facebook, or Discord settings only disconnects that sign-in method. It does not delete your Cruisello account by itself. Use the steps above to fully delete your data.
