MSC Sinfonia launched in 2002 and went through her Lirica-class stretch in 2015, picking up a larger spa, new places to eat, and a refreshed theatre along the way. The name means 'symphony' and the ship takes that seriously with a packed schedule of live music, cabaret acts, and classical performances in the multi-deck show lounge. Upper decks are sunny and open; the piano bar down below gets going well past midnight. It's a distinctly Italian style of cruising where the pace is relaxed but the atmosphere stays lively.
