This one leaves Ravenna on August 21, 2027 and spends 7 nights visiting Zadar, Piraeus (Athens), Santorini and Split at a pace where every day has something going on but there's always time to just sit and watch the water too. The pace alternates neatly: port day, sea day, port day, sea day. 4 stops with a breather between each one. Archaeological sites, ouzo by the water, and island-hopping through the Aegean. Most ports give you about 11 hours, so you can do more than just tick off the main sights. As for the ship itself, From casual buffets to proper sit-down restaurants, Brilliance Of The Seas has 8 dining spots on board, most of them included. It's peak season, so the weather is at its best and the ship will be full. That's part of the fun. Hard to ask for much more than that, honestly.
