Adriatic to Aegean – Split & Santorini
About this cruise
Every port gets the time it deserves and the sea days in between are half the fun. This 11-night sailing leaves Trieste on October 5, 2027 and visits Split, Kotor and Corfu, with additional stops along the Eastern Mediterranean. You get off in Piraeus (Athens), which is a good excuse to tack on a few days on land. Expect a run of consecutive ports, 10 stops total, with the busiest days packed close together. The sea days around them feel earned. The route threads through 5 countries along the Eastern Mediterranean coast: Croatia, Montenegro, Greece, Cyprus and Türkiye. Don't rush through Kusadasi, which is known as Turkey's gateway to the ruins of Ephesus. Roughly 10 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. There are 13 restaurants on Enchanted Princess, so you'd need to double up a few evenings to try them all in 11 nights. With more nights comes more time for the ship's rhythm to kick in: morning coffee in the same spot, evening shows, late-night conversations on deck. Trieste itself is worth spending some time in. Don't just treat it as a departure point. And October is a good call. Still warm, less crowded, and usually cheaper too. All told, 10 ports across 11 nights covers a lot.
