A week or so at sea, a few great ports, and nothing to organise once you're on board. This 10-night sailing from Barcelona on April 26, 2028 visits Alicante, Gibraltar and Cádiz, with additional stops along the Western Mediterranean. You get off in Kiel, which is a good excuse to tack on a few days on land. Ports up front, sea days at the end. By the time you're back in Barcelona, you'll feel properly rested rather than rushed. The Western Mediterranean route takes in Spain, United Kingdom, France and Germany, 4 countries, and the differences show up in the food, the architecture, and the mood. Don't rush through Cádiz, which is known as Europe's oldest city, still dancing flamenco. Roughly 9 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. MSC Euribia joined the MSC Cruises's lineup in 2023. Still has that new-ship feel. With more nights comes more time for the ship's rhythm to kick in: morning coffee in the same spot, evening shows, late-night conversations on deck. Families and groups will find plenty to do: waterslides, shows, multiple pools, and something for every age. If you can, add a night in Barcelona before boarding. It's a good city to wander.
