This one leaves Galveston on May 31, 2026 and spends 7 nights visiting Costa Maya, Roatan Island and Cozumel at a pace where every day has something going on but there's always time to just sit and watch the water too. The first couple of days are at sea, which gives you time to settle in and get to know the ship before the ports begin. Port to port, the water changes colour and the music changes too. That's the fun of it. Most ports give you about 9 hours, so you can do more than just tick off the main sights. As for the ship itself, There are 8 restaurants on MSC Seascape, so you'd need to double up a few evenings to try them all in 7 nights.
