A week or so at sea, a few great ports, and nothing to organise once you're on board. This 7-night sailing from Port Canaveral on November 7, 2026 visits Puerto Plata (Amber Cove), St. Thomas and Basseterre. Ports up front, sea days at the end. By the time you're back in Port Canaveral, you'll feel properly rested rather than rushed. The route threads through 3 countries along the Caribbean coast: Dominican Republic, U.S. Virgin Islands and St. Kitts & Nevis. Basseterre alone is worth the trip, Volcanic peaks over a Caribbean harbour. With about 8 hours at each port, you'll want a plan, or at least a shortlist. There are 14 restaurants on Celebrity Apex, so you'd need to double up a few evenings to try them all in 7 nights. Port Canaveral itself is worth spending some time in. Don't just treat it as a departure point. And November is a good call. Still warm, less crowded, and usually cheaper too. Worth booking. That's the short version.
