You won't run out of things to do on a trip this long, but you also won't feel like you have to do any of them. 21 nights from Miami on February 4, 2027, visiting Grand Cayman Island, Ocho Rios and Oranjestad, with additional stops along the Caribbean. There's a stretch of back-to-back port days, so those days are busy, but the sea days around them give you time to recharge. The route threads through 10 countries along the Caribbean coast: Cayman Islands, Jamaica, Aruba, Caribbean Netherlands, Dominican Republic, Colombia, Panama, Costa Rica, Honduras and Belize. Most ports give you about 10 hours, so you can do more than just tick off the main sights. As for the ship itself, MSC Poesia has 5 restaurants on board, which means you could eat somewhere different nearly every night. By night three you start recognising faces; by night ten you're swapping numbers. That's the magic of a longer sailing. Hard to ask for much more than that, honestly.
