A week or so at sea, a few great ports, and nothing to organise once you're on board. This 7-night sailing from New Orleans on June 21, 2026 visits Key West, Celebration Key and Nassau. Ports up front, sea days at the end. By the time you're back in New Orleans, you'll feel properly rested rather than rushed. White sand, shallow turquoise flats, and easy island days. The Bahamas keep it simple. Don't rush through Nassau, which is known as Colonial charm meets Caribbean colour. Roughly 8 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. There are 10 restaurants on Carnival Liberty, so you'd need to double up a few evenings to try them all in 7 nights. New Orleans itself is worth spending some time in.
