Warm plazas, gelato by the harbour, and old things everywhere you look. Las Palmas de Gran Canaria stands out. It's Year-round sunshine on a volcanic island. Roughly 9 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. There are 14 restaurants on Celebrity Apex, so you'd need to double up a few evenings to try them all in 11 nights. The shows alone are worth the extra nights. You'll catch comedy, music, theatre, and themed evenings you'd miss on a shorter trip. Southampton itself is worth spending some time in. Don't just treat it as a departure point. And September is a good call. Still warm, less crowded, and usually cheaper too. All in all, it's a solid trip.
