Cobblestone & Corinthian – Rome, Ephesus & Athens
About this cruise
Every port gets the time it deserves and the sea days in between are half the fun. This 14-night sailing leaves Barcelona on July 9, 2028 and visits Palma de Mallorca, Marseille and Genoa, with additional stops along the Western Mediterranean. Disembarkation is in Piraeus (Athens). Expect a run of consecutive ports, 12 stops total, with the busiest days packed close together. The sea days around them feel earned. 5 countries (Spain, France, Italy, Greece and Türkiye) across the Western Mediterranean, each with its own character. If one port sticks with you, it'll probably be Mykonos, Whitewashed glamour under the Aegean sun. Roughly 12 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. Sun Princess (2024) is one of the newer ships out there, with current design and recent tech throughout. The shows alone are worth the extra nights. You'll catch comedy, music, theatre, and themed evenings you'd miss on a shorter trip. And July means long, warm days. Good for the ports, good for the pool. It's the kind of trip you actually remember afterwards.
