Coral & Ceiba Dash – Cozumel & Progreso
About this cruise
Sometimes you just need a few days out of your routine. This one sails from Galveston on September 20, 2027, spends 5 nights visiting Cozumel and Progreso (Mérida), and gets you back before anyone really notices you were gone. The sea days at each end give the whole trip a natural arc: build-up, exploration, cool-down. Clear water and warm sand at every stop. It's the Caribbean, so you probably already know what to expect. Cozumel alone is worth the trip, Mexico's Caribbean island of Mayan mystery. Roughly 8 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. Carnival Horizon keeps you well fed. 14 places to eat, with 7 included in the fare and a few specialty spots if you're in the mood. Families and groups will find plenty to do: waterslides, shows, multiple pools, and something for every age. If you can, add a night in Galveston before boarding. It's a good city to wander. And September is a good call. Still warm, less crowded, and usually cheaper too. Worth booking. That's the short version.
