Epic Waterway Adventure – Seattle to Galveston
About this cruise
Every port gets the time it deserves and the sea days in between are half the fun. This 16-night sailing leaves Seattle on September 26, 2026 and visits Cabo San Lucas, Puntarenas, Panama Canal, Cartagena and Galveston. You wind up in Galveston, so it's worth planning a night or two there. The sea days come first, which means no rushing to get off the ship on day one. You hit the ports relaxed and ready. 5 countries (Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia and United States) across the Caribbean, each with its own character. Puntarenas stands out. It's Costa Rica's Pacific coast of cloud forests and volcanoes. Roughly 10 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. You won't go hungry on Carnival Miracle. 5 restaurants come with the fare, plus 2 more when you feel like treating yourself. The shows alone are worth the extra nights. You'll catch comedy, music, theatre, and themed evenings you'd miss on a shorter trip. And September is a good call. Still warm, less crowded, and usually cheaper too. All in all, it's a solid trip.
