French & Italian Riviera – Cannes, Genoa & Barcelona
About this cruise
A week or so at sea, a few great ports, and nothing to organise once you're on board. This 7-night sailing from Cannes on October 4, 2026 visits Genoa, La Spezia, Civitavecchia (Rome), Palma de Mallorca and Barcelona. Expect a run of consecutive ports, 5 stops total, with the busiest days packed close together. The sea days around them feel earned. Warm plazas, gelato by the harbour, and old things everywhere you look. La Spezia stands out. It's Gateway to the pastel villages of Cinque Terre. Roughly 11 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. MSC Grandiosa has 6 restaurants on board, which means you could eat somewhere different nearly every night. Cannes itself is worth spending some time in. Don't just treat it as a departure point. And October is a good call. Still warm, less crowded, and usually cheaper too. All in all, it's a solid trip.

We added MSC Cruises's mandatory service charge to the prices above, so they show the real total. MSC Cruises bills it on board rather than in the fare, so their own site will quote you less.
