Humpback Breach – Juneau & Sitka
About this cruise
You board in Seattle on September 12, 2026 for 7 nights visiting Sitka, Juneau, Icy Strait Point, Ketchikan and Victoria, and you come back from this kind of trip wondering why you don't do it more often. A few ports come in quick succession, which is great for sightseeing but means you'll appreciate the sea days when they arrive. Glaciers calving into the water, bald eagles overhead, and air that smells like pine. It's a different kind of cruise. Don't rush through Victoria, which is known as English gardens on Canada's Pacific coast. With about 8 hours at each port, you'll want a plan, or at least a shortlist. There are 18 restaurants on Norwegian Bliss, so you'd need to double up a few evenings to try them all in 7 nights. Seattle itself is worth spending some time in. Don't just treat it as a departure point. The autumn timing is underrated too. Good weather, calmer seas, and a more relaxed ship. All told, 5 ports across 7 nights covers a lot.
