You sail from Galveston on June 12, 2027 and spend 7 nights visiting Roatan Island, Belize City and Cozumel. It's a well-tested route and there's a reason people keep booking it. The first couple of days are at sea, which gives you time to settle in and get to know the ship before the ports begin. The route threads through 3 countries along the Caribbean coast: Honduras, Belize and Mexico. Most ports give you about 9 hours, so you can do more than just tick off the main sights. As for the ship itself, There are 12 restaurants on Carnival Breeze, so you'd need to double up a few evenings to try them all in 7 nights. It's peak season, so the weather is at its best and the ship will be full. That's part of the fun. Hard to ask for much more than that, honestly.
