This one leaves Port Canaveral on October 16, 2027 and spends 8 nights visiting St. Thomas, San Juan, Puerto Plata (Amber Cove) and Celebration Key at a pace where every day has something going on but there's always time to just sit and watch the water too. The first couple of days are at sea, which gives you time to settle in and get to know the ship before the ports begin. It's a proper Caribbean tour: 4 countries, from U.S. Virgin Islands to Bahamas. Most ports give you about 9 hours, so you can do more than just tick off the main sights. As for the ship itself, Carnival Festivale joined the Carnival Cruise Line's lineup in 2027. Still has that new-ship feel. Being shoulder season helps: golden light, comfortable weather, and shorter queues at the popular spots. Hard to ask for much more than that, honestly.
