This one leaves Port Canaveral on October 3, 2026 and spends 7 nights visiting Nassau, Puerto Plata (Amber Cove), Half Moon Cay and Celebration Key at a pace where every day has something going on but there's always time to just sit and watch the water too. The pace alternates neatly: port day, sea day, port day, sea day. 4 stops with a breather between each one. The Bahamas are close enough for a quick trip and warm enough that it always feels worth it. Most ports give you about 9 hours, so you can do more than just tick off the main sights. As for the ship itself, From casual buffets to proper sit-down restaurants, Carnival Mardi Gras has 16 dining spots on board, most of them included. Being shoulder season helps: golden light, comfortable weather, and shorter queues at the popular spots. Hard to ask for much more than that, honestly.
