Last stop: Genoa. With 10 sea days, there's room for lazy mornings, long lunches, and not much else. Crossing 6 borders through the Western Mediterranean: United States, Sint Maarten, Portugal, Spain, France and Italy. You'll notice the culture shift at every stop. Of the stops, Miami tends to be the one people talk about: Where Latin energy meets Art Deco cool. Roughly 10 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. MSC Grandiosa takes the food seriously, with 6 restaurants to choose from. 1 are included, and the rest are worth the splurge. With more nights comes more time for the ship's rhythm to kick in: morning coffee in the same spot, evening shows, late-night conversations on deck. Families and groups will find plenty to do: waterslides, shows, multiple pools, and something for every age. And April is a good time to go.
