Mediterranean Grandeur – Istanbul to Rome
About this cruise
By October 13, 2027 you'll be ready for this. 10 nights out of Istanbul, visiting Kusadasi, Santorini and Mykonos, with additional stops along the Western Mediterranean, and nothing on the agenda except showing up. The sailing ends in Civitavecchia (Rome). The itinerary clusters several port calls together. Fast-paced for a few days, then the sea days hit and you can catch your breath. 3 countries (Türkiye, Greece and Italy) across the Western Mediterranean, each with its own character. You get around 11 hours in each port, which is enough for an excursion, lunch, and some wandering around on your own. When you're not ashore, Norwegian Viva joined the Norwegian Cruise Line's lineup in 2023. Still has that new-ship feel. Longer sailings have a different energy. People relax into it, stop rushing, and start actually talking to each other. An October sailing dodges the peak crowds while the weather is still cooperating. Well timed. If you've been thinking about a cruise, this 10-night sailing is a strong place to start.
