Mediterranean Magic – Barcelona & Tunis
About this cruise
You board in Naples on July 18, 2026 for 7 nights visiting Livorno (Florence/Pisa), Marseille, Barcelona, La Goulette (Tunis) and Palermo, and you come back from this kind of trip wondering why you don't do it more often. A few ports come in quick succession, which is great for sightseeing but means you'll appreciate the sea days when they arrive. Crossing 4 borders through the Western Mediterranean: Italy, France, Spain and Tunisia. You'll notice the culture shift at every stop. Palermo stands out. It's Arab-Norman splendour in Sicily's capital. Around 10 hours per port on average, which is generous enough to go beyond the obvious. MSC Meraviglia takes the food seriously, with 9 restaurants to choose from. 3 are included, and the rest are worth the splurge. Families and groups will find plenty to do: waterslides, shows, multiple pools, and something for every age. The timing works well too: warm evenings on deck, late sunsets, and a lively atmosphere. All in all, it's a solid trip.
