Mediterranean Odyssey – Santorini & Barcelona
About this cruise
This is the kind of cruise where you actually have time to go back to a port highlight you missed the first time. 21 nights from Piraeus (Athens) on September 12, 2026, visiting Santorini, Bar and Corfu, with additional stops along the Western Mediterranean. The itinerary clusters several port calls together. Fast-paced for a few days, then the sea days hit and you can catch your breath. It's a proper Western Mediterranean tour: 6 countries, from Greece to Türkiye. You get around 11 hours in each port, which is enough for an excursion, lunch, and some wandering around on your own. When you're not ashore, Sun Princess (2024) is one of the newer ships out there, with current design and recent tech throughout. One of the underrated parts of a longer cruise: you actually get to know people. The couple from dinner, the group at trivia, the bartender who remembers your drink. A September sailing dodges the peak crowds while the weather is still cooperating. Well timed. You'll probably start planning the next one before this one's even over.
