Mediterranean to Caribbean – Rome, Palma & Barcelona
About this cruise
You come back from a trip like this actually rested, not just "I went on vacation" rested. 17 nights from Civitavecchia (Rome) on October 28, 2026, visiting Palma de Mallorca, Barcelona, Funchal, San Juan, Miami and Port Canaveral. You finish in Port Canaveral. With 11 sea days, there's room for lazy mornings, long lunches, and not much else. Crossing 4 borders through the Western Mediterranean: Spain, Portugal, Puerto Rico and United States. You'll notice the culture shift at every stop. San Juan alone is worth the trip, Where Old World charm meets Caribbean vibes. Roughly 11 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. MSC Grandiosa takes the food seriously, with 6 restaurants to choose from. 1 are included, and the rest are worth the splurge. With more nights comes more time for the ship's rhythm to kick in: morning coffee in the same spot, evening shows, late-night conversations on deck. Families and groups will find plenty to do: waterslides, shows, multiple pools, and something for every age. And October is a good call. Still warm, less crowded, and usually cheaper too. Worth booking. That's the short version.
