Mediterranean to Miami – Palma & Barcelona
About this cruise
Every port gets the time it deserves and the sea days in between are half the fun. This 16-night sailing leaves Civitavecchia (Rome) on October 28, 2026 and visits Palma de Mallorca, Barcelona, Funchal, San Juan and Miami. You wind up in Miami, so it's worth planning a night or two there. Ports up front, sea days at the end. By the time you're back in Civitavecchia (Rome), you'll feel properly rested rather than rushed. Crossing 4 borders through the Western Mediterranean: Spain, Portugal, Puerto Rico and United States. You'll notice the culture shift at every stop. Funchal stands out. It's An island garden floating in the Atlantic. Roughly 12 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. MSC Grandiosa takes the food seriously, with 6 restaurants to choose from. 1 are included, and the rest are worth the splurge. The shows alone are worth the extra nights. You'll catch comedy, music, theatre, and themed evenings you'd miss on a shorter trip. Families and groups will find plenty to do: waterslides, shows, multiple pools, and something for every age. And October is a good call. Still warm, less crowded, and usually cheaper too. All in all, it's a solid trip.

We added MSC Cruises's mandatory service charge to the prices above, so they show the real total. MSC Cruises bills it on board rather than in the fare, so their own site will quote you less.
