About this cruise

You leave Miami on August 17, 2026 and come back 5 nights later with a tan and a few good stories. The route visits Puerto Plata (Amber Cove) and Bimini. Port days and sea days take turns, which is about as well-paced as a cruise itinerary gets. Port to port, the water changes colour and the music changes too. That's the fun of it. You get around 10 hours in each port, which is enough for an excursion, lunch, and some wandering around on your own. When you're not ashore, Resilient Lady joined the Virgin Voyages's lineup in 2023. Still has that new-ship feel. An August departure puts you in the best summer conditions: long days, warm nights, plenty of sun. 5 nights of not thinking about anything except where to eat next. That's the pitch.
