Outer Coast – Sitka & Baranof Island
About this cruise
No complicated itinerary, no back-to-back transfers, just the ports, the ship, and the sea in between. This 7-night sailing from Seattle on July 18, 2026 visits Sitka, Juneau, Tracy Arm Fjord, Icy Strait Point, Ketchikan and Victoria. A few ports come in quick succession, which is great for sightseeing but means you'll appreciate the sea days when they arrive. Even the open-water days are scenic here, with mountains on either side and blue ice in the distance. Icy Strait Point stands out. It's Wilderness at the edge of the Inside Passage. Roughly 7 hours per stop. More of a sampler than a deep dive. Norwegian Bliss takes the food seriously, with 18 restaurants to choose from. 7 are included, and the rest are worth the splurge. Families and groups will find plenty to do: waterslides, shows, multiple pools, and something for every age. The timing works well too: warm evenings on deck, late sunsets, and a lively atmosphere. All in all, it's a solid trip.
