Palm Shade – Puerto Vallarta & La Paz
About this cruise
8 nights, 4 ports, all from Los Angeles on April 10, 2027. The route visits Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan, La Paz and Cabo San Lucas and the whole thing just flows. It starts gently with sea days, so by the time you reach the first port you'll have explored the ship and actually feel on holiday. Cabo's beaches at one end, jungle-backed Central American ports at the other. You get around 9 hours in each port, which is enough for an excursion, lunch, and some wandering around on your own. When you're not ashore, Carnival Panorama takes the food seriously, with 15 restaurants to choose from. 7 are included, and the rest are worth the splurge. If you like having options (restaurants, bars, activities, entertainment), a big ship delivers that. Pro tip: fly in the day before. Los Angeles has plenty to offer, and you'll board relaxed instead of rushed. An April departure catches that sweet window of warm-enough weather before the summer rush. Hard to ask for much more than that, honestly.
