Panama Canal Crossing – Seattle to Galveston
About this cruise
You come back from a trip like this actually rested, not just "I went on vacation" rested. 16 nights from Seattle on September 25, 2027, visiting Cabo San Lucas, Puntarenas, Panama Canal, Cartagena and Galveston. You wind up in Galveston, so it's worth planning a night or two there. The sea days come first, which means no rushing to get off the ship on day one. You hit the ports relaxed and ready. It's a proper Caribbean tour: 5 countries, from Mexico to United States. Galveston stands out. It's Texas charm on a barrier island. Roughly 9 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. From casual buffets to proper sit-down restaurants, Carnival Spirit has 9 dining spots on board, most of them included. The shows alone are worth the extra nights. You'll catch comedy, music, theatre, and themed evenings you'd miss on a shorter trip. And September is a good call. Still warm, less crowded, and usually cheaper too. All in all, it's a solid trip.
