Paradise Pursuit – Philipsburg & San Juan
About this cruise
This one leaves Port Canaveral on September 4, 2027 and spends 8 nights visiting Philipsburg, San Juan, Puerto Plata (Amber Cove) and Celebration Key at a pace where every day has something going on but there's always time to just sit and watch the water too. The first couple of days are at sea, which gives you time to settle in and get to know the ship before the ports begin. Crossing 4 borders through the Caribbean: Sint Maarten, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic and Bahamas. You'll notice the culture shift at every stop. Most ports give you about 9 hours, so you can do more than just tick off the main sights. As for the ship itself, Carnival Festivale joined the Carnival Cruise Line's lineup in 2027. Still has that new-ship feel. If you like having options (restaurants, bars, activities, entertainment), a big ship delivers that. Pro tip: fly in the day before. Port Canaveral has plenty to offer, and you'll board relaxed instead of rushed. Being shoulder season helps: golden light, comfortable weather, and shorter queues at the popular spots. Hard to ask for much more than that, honestly.
