10 nights, 5 ports, all from Fort Lauderdale on December 29, 2027. The route visits Half Moon Cay, Cabo Rojo-Pedernales, Willemstad, Kralendijk and Oranjestad and the whole thing just flows. The final stretch is open ocean, which gives you time to process everything you've seen and use the ship one last time. The route threads through 3 countries along the Caribbean coast: Bahamas, Dominican Republic and Netherlands. You get around 10 hours in each port, which is enough for an excursion, lunch, and some wandering around on your own. When you're not ashore, There are 12 restaurants on Rotterdam, so you'd need to double up a few evenings to try them all in 10 nights. One of the underrated parts of a longer cruise: you actually get to know people. The couple from dinner, the group at trivia, the bartender who remembers your drink. You start in Fort Lauderdale and come back with stories from Bahamas, Dominican Republic and Netherlands.
