Polynesian Trade Wind – Bora Bora & Honolulu
About this cruise
The kind of trip where you lose track of what day it is, and nobody cares. 12 nights from Papeete on May 16, 2027, visiting Moorea Island, Raiatea Island, Bora Bora Island, Kailua-Kona, Nawiliwili and Honolulu. You wind up in Honolulu, so it's worth planning a night or two there. There's a stretch of back-to-back port days, so those days are busy, but the sea days around them give you time to recharge. Islands so remote they don't have traffic lights. That's the whole appeal. Most ports give you about 11 hours, so you can do more than just tick off the main sights. As for the ship itself, You won't go hungry on Norwegian Spirit. 6 restaurants come with the fare, plus 7 more when you feel like treating yourself. 12 nights is long enough to build a routine on board: favourite restaurant, favourite deck chair, favourite people. It starts to feel like a floating village. A spring departure helps too: decent weather and a calmer feel at each port. Hard to ask for much more than that, honestly.
