Polynesian Trade Winds – Bora Bora, Raiatea & Moorea
About this cruise
You come back from a trip like this actually rested, not just "I went on vacation" rested. 11 nights from Honolulu on November 7, 2027, visiting Kahului, Hilo, Bora Bora Island, Raiatea Island, Moorea Island and Papeete. You get off in Papeete, which is a good excuse to tack on a few days on land. Expect a run of consecutive ports, 6 stops total, with the busiest days packed close together. The sea days around them feel earned. Coconut palms, warm lagoons, and the kind of quiet you forgot existed. Don't rush through Raiatea Island, which is known as The sacred island where Polynesia began. Roughly 10 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. Norwegian Spirit keeps you well fed. 13 places to eat, with 6 included in the fare and a few specialty spots if you're in the mood. The shows alone are worth the extra nights. You'll catch comedy, music, theatre, and themed evenings you'd miss on a shorter trip. If you've done the short cruises and want more, this is the upgrade. Longer, deeper, and more relaxed. If you can, add a night in Honolulu before boarding. It's a good city to wander. And November is a good call. Still warm, less crowded, and usually cheaper too. All told, 6 ports across 11 nights covers a lot.
