Pristine Horizons – Ishigaki & Miyako
About this cruise
If you don't need a long holiday but still want to get out on the water, this is a solid pick. 4 nights from Naha on December 22, 2026, visiting Ishigaki, Keelung and Miyako-jima. No sea days at all on this one. 3 ports, one after another. Pack accordingly. Bullet trains visible from the harbour, cherry blossoms, and thousands of years of history. East Asia is a lot to take in. Of the stops, Miyako-jima tends to be the one people talk about: Okinawa's emerald isle of pristine beaches. Around 10 hours per port on average, which is generous enough to go beyond the obvious. There are 9 restaurants on MSC Bellissima, so you'd need to double up a few evenings to try them all in 4 nights. Naha itself is worth spending some time in. Don't just treat it as a departure point. A December sailing is basically an excuse to chase the sun for a week or two. Sometimes the best trips are the ones you just go ahead and book.
