Rapid Lagoon – Grand Bahama & New Providence
About this cruise
Sometimes you just need a few days out of your routine. This one sails from Port Canaveral on October 5, 2026, spends 4 nights visiting Nassau and Celebration Key, and gets you back before anyone really notices you were gone. In between port days, the 1 sea days are where cruise life actually happens: reading, eating, napping, repeat. White sand, shallow turquoise flats, and easy island days. The Bahamas keep it simple. Of the stops, Celebration Key tends to be the one people talk about: Carnival's newest private island escape. Roughly 8 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. Carnival Glory keeps you well fed. 8 places to eat, with 5 included in the fare and a few specialty spots if you're in the mood. Works well as a long weekend away, or a quick reset between bigger trips. If you can, add a night in Port Canaveral before boarding. It's a good city to wander. And October is a good call. Still warm, less crowded, and usually cheaper too. Sometimes the best trips are the ones you just go ahead and book.
