Saffron Cliffs – Cabo & Ensenada
About this cruise
A lot can happen in 5 nights. This sailing from Los Angeles on January 4, 2028 visits Cabo San Lucas and Ensenada and makes every day count. There's a nice rhythm here: explore a port, recover at sea, do it again. You never feel rushed or restless. Cabo's beaches at one end, jungle-backed Central American ports at the other. Of the stops, Ensenada tends to be the one people talk about: Baja wine country with a surf town soul. Around 9 hours per port on average, which is generous enough to go beyond the obvious. Carnival Panorama keeps you well fed. 15 places to eat, with 7 included in the fare and a few specialty spots if you're in the mood. Families and groups will find plenty to do: waterslides, shows, multiple pools, and something for every age. If you can, add a night in Los Angeles before boarding. It's a good city to wander. A January sailing is basically an excuse to chase the sun for a week or two. Sometimes the best trips are the ones you just go ahead and book.
