Saffron Cliffs – Cabo & Ensenada
About this cruise
If you don't need a long holiday but still want to get out on the water, this is a solid pick. 5 nights from Los Angeles on January 4, 2028, visiting Cabo San Lucas and Ensenada. There's a nice rhythm here: explore a port, recover at sea, do it again. You never feel rushed or restless. Mayan ruins, colourful markets, and Pacific sunsets. The Mexican Riviera earns its repeat visitors. Keep an eye out for Ensenada: Baja wine country with a surf town soul. Around 9 hours per port on average, which is generous enough to go beyond the obvious. Carnival Panorama keeps you well fed. 15 places to eat, with 7 included in the fare and a few specialty spots if you're in the mood. Families and groups will find plenty to do: waterslides, shows, multiple pools, and something for every age. If you can, add a night in Los Angeles before boarding. It's a good city to wander. A January sailing is basically an excuse to chase the sun for a week or two. That's 5 nights well spent.
