If you want the classic cruise without a massive time commitment, this is a strong option. 7 nights from Tampa on December 19, 2027, visiting Cozumel, Roatan Island and Costa Maya. The pace alternates neatly: port day, sea day, port day, sea day. 3 stops with a breather between each one. Clear water and warm sand at every stop. It's the Caribbean, so you probably already know what to expect. Most ports give you about 9 hours, so you can do more than just tick off the main sights. As for the ship itself, Brilliance Of The Seas keeps you well fed. 8 places to eat, with 2 included in the fare and a few specialty spots if you're in the mood. The sweet spot for most travellers: you get to know the ship, see the ports, and come home before the laundry piles up. Hard to ask for much more than that, honestly.
