The sea days come first, which means no rushing to get off the ship on day one. You hit the ports relaxed and ready. Snorkelling, palm trees, rum. Each stop does it a bit differently. Keep an eye out for Oranjestad: Aruba's cheerful Dutch-Caribbean capital. Roughly 9 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. Carnival Vista takes the food seriously, with 14 restaurants to choose from. 7 are included, and the rest are worth the splurge. Families and groups will find plenty to do: waterslides, shows, multiple pools, and something for every age. And September is a good call. Still warm, less crowded, and usually cheaper too.
