5 nights, 2 ports, one very easy decision. This one heads out of Miami on February 25, 2027 and visits Cozumel and CocoCay. The pace alternates neatly: port day, sea day, port day, sea day. 2 stops with a breather between each one. Port to port, the water changes colour and the music changes too. That's the fun of it. Most ports give you about 10 hours, so you can do more than just tick off the main sights. As for the ship itself, There are 12 restaurants on Independence Of The Seas, so you'd need to double up a few evenings to try them all in 5 nights. You'll probably start planning the next one before this one's even over.
