A week or so at sea, a few great ports, and nothing to organise once you're on board. This 7-night sailing from Tampa on January 3, 2027 visits Grand Cayman Island, Ocho Rios and Cozumel. Every port day is followed by a sea day, so you get time to sleep in, use the ship, and look forward to the next stop. The route threads through 3 countries along the Caribbean coast: Cayman Islands, Jamaica and Mexico. Grand Cayman Island alone is worth the trip, Seven Mile Beach and stingray encounters. Roughly 8 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. There are 8 restaurants on Carnival Legend, so you'd need to double up a few evenings to try them all in 7 nights.
