Western Caribbean Escape – Cozumel & Roatan
About this cruise
The kind of trip that's easy to say yes to and hard to regret. 7 nights from Galveston on January 30, 2027, visiting Cozumel, Roatan Island, Harvest Caye and Costa Maya. Expect a run of consecutive ports, 4 stops total, with the busiest days packed close together. The sea days around them feel earned. The Caribbean route takes in Mexico, Honduras and Belize, 3 countries, and the differences show up in the food, the architecture, and the mood. Roatan Island stands out. It's Honduras' reef-fringed island hideaway. Roughly 9 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. Norwegian Viva (2023) is one of the newer ships out there, with current design and recent tech throughout. Families and groups will find plenty to do: waterslides, shows, multiple pools, and something for every age. If you can, add a night in Galveston before boarding. It's a good city to wander. All in all, it's a solid trip.
