Wild Tundra – Icy Strait & Juneau
About this cruise
Long enough to properly switch off but not so long you need to reorganise your entire life. This 7-night round-trip sailing from Vancouver on July 12, 2026 visits Icy Strait Point, Hubbard Glacier, Juneau and Ketchikan. Expect a run of consecutive ports, 4 stops total, with the busiest days packed close together. The sea days around them feel earned. Even the open-water days are scenic here, with mountains on either side and blue ice in the distance. Icy Strait Point alone is worth the trip, Wilderness at the edge of the Inside Passage. Roughly 9 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. Celebrity Solstice takes the food seriously, with 10 restaurants to choose from. 5 are included, and the rest are worth the splurge. Long enough that you stop checking your phone. Short enough that you're not bored. And July means long, warm days. Good for the ports, good for the pool. Worth booking. That's the short version.
