Harvest Caye is Norwegian Cruise Line's private island off the southern coast of Belize. The ship docks directly, so there's no tendering. The island has a 7-acre beach, a large pool with a swim-up bar, and a saltwater lagoon. The landscaping uses native plants and indigenous hardwoods, and the staff are local Belizeans. The main activities include ziplining, a ropes course, snorkelling, and kayaking in the lagoon. You can also book boat excursions to the Belize mainland to visit Mayan ruins or go river tubing. A butterfly garden and a small bird aviary sit near the pier. Lunch is included at a central pavilion. If you just want to sit on the beach, the chairs and umbrellas are first-come. The island is small, and everything is walkable from the ship.
