About Koningsdam

Koningsdam entered service in 2016 as the lead ship of Holland America Line's Pinnacle class, with sister ships Nieuw Statendam and Rotterdam following in 2018 and 2021. She was built by Fincantieri at Marghera, Italy, and is registered in Rotterdam, Netherlands. A dry dock at Grand Bahama Shipyard in Freeport in March 2026 added five ocean view staterooms, updated 22 Vista Suites, expanded the casino floor, and reconfigured the shared space between Billboard Onboard and the Rolling Stone Rock Room. Interior decor throughout the ship carries a music theme, reflected in venues such as B.B. King's Blues Club, Billboard Onboard, and the Rolling Stone Rock Room. Koningsdam sails seasonal Alaska itineraries from Vancouver alongside Caribbean and other routes.
