About this cruise
You sail from San Diego on December 26, 2026 and spend 7 nights visiting Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan and Cabo San Lucas. It's a well-tested route and there's a reason people keep booking it. The first couple of days are at sea, which gives you time to settle in and get to know the ship before the ports begin. Cabo's beaches at one end, jungle-backed Central American ports at the other. Most ports give you about 8 hours, so you can do more than just tick off the main sights. As for the ship itself, There are 12 restaurants on Koningsdam, so you'd need to double up a few evenings to try them all in 7 nights. The timing adds to it: swapping cold weather for sunshine and sea air is the whole pitch for a winter cruise. You start in San Diego and come back with stories from Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan and Cabo San Lucas.
