Alaskan Glacier Quest – Ketchikan & Juneau
About this cruise
A trip this long changes your rhythm entirely, and that's very much the point. 14 nights from Vancouver on July 17, 2027, visiting Ketchikan, Juneau, Skagway, Glacier Bay, Whittier and Hubbard Glacier. The itinerary clusters several port calls together. Fast-paced for a few days, then the sea days hit and you can catch your breath. Glaciers calving into the water, bald eagles overhead, and air that smells like pine. It's a different kind of cruise. You get around 11 hours in each port, which is enough for an excursion, lunch, and some wandering around on your own. When you're not ashore, Crown Princess has 13 restaurants on board, which means you could eat somewhere different nearly every night. Longer sailings have a different energy. People relax into it, stop rushing, and start actually talking to each other. A July departure puts you in the best summer conditions: long days, warm nights, plenty of sun. You'll probably start planning the next one before this one's even over.
