Atlantic Crossing – Canary Islands & San Juan
About this cruise
Every port gets the time it deserves and the sea days in between are half the fun. This 13-night sailing leaves Lisbon on November 1, 2027 and visits Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Mindelo, Philipsburg, Tortola and San Juan. You finish in San Juan. More sea than shore on this one, with 8 days on the water between stops. 5 countries (Spain, Cape Verde, Netherlands, British Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico) across the Caribbean, each with its own character. Las Palmas de Gran Canaria alone is worth the trip, Year-round sunshine on a volcanic island. Roughly 10 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. Norwegian Viva (2023) is one of the newer ships out there, with current design and recent tech throughout. With more nights comes more time for the ship's rhythm to kick in: morning coffee in the same spot, evening shows, late-night conversations on deck. And November is a good call. Still warm, less crowded, and usually cheaper too. Worth booking. That's the short version.

Getting there: out to Lisbon, home from San Juan
This cruise does not return to Lisbon. It ends in San Juan, so your flight home leaves from there.
