By November 8, 2026 you'll be ready for this. 7 nights out of Port Canaveral, visiting Costa Maya, Roatan Island, Cozumel and CocoCay, and nothing on the agenda except showing up. The itinerary clusters several port calls together. Fast-paced for a few days, then the sea days hit and you can catch your breath. The route threads through 3 countries along the Caribbean coast: Mexico, Honduras and Bahamas. You get around 9 hours in each port, which is enough for an excursion, lunch, and some wandering around on your own. When you're not ashore, Star Of The Seas joined the Royal Caribbean's lineup in 2025. Still has that new-ship feel. A November sailing dodges the peak crowds while the weather is still cooperating.
