A week or so at sea, a few great ports, and nothing to organise once you're on board. This 7-night sailing from Miami on April 18, 2027 visits Cozumel, Roatan Island and Celebration Key. In between port days, the 3 sea days are where cruise life actually happens: reading, eating, napping, repeat. Crossing 3 borders through the Caribbean: Mexico, Honduras and Bahamas. You'll notice the culture shift at every stop. If one port sticks with you, it'll probably be Celebration Key, Carnival's newest private island escape. Roughly 8 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. Carnival Firenze takes the food seriously, with 11 restaurants to choose from. 5 are included, and the rest are worth the splurge. Families and groups will find plenty to do: waterslides, shows, multiple pools, and something for every age. And April is a good time to go.
